Out of all of the free streaming platforms available to date, Tubi TV is in a league of it’s own. Though the platform doesn’t have any form of live content they [for many] are the go to place for Good TV shows and Great Movies.

Early this year Fox acquired Tubi TV for a whopping  $440 million dollars. At the time they reported having 25 million active monthly users, but since then, just a few months later the streaming service reported have close to 35 million active monthly users. From day 1, Tubi’s platform was a big draw, especially for me. And I genuinely believe it’s due to these 3 factors:

• 1) No Subscription is required
• 2) No Login is required
• 3) Great layout and Genre List

Below are my top Thriller/Horror movie picks on Tubi TV for September 2020. I hope you enjoy them.

• My Take: M.O.M. is a  great movie we all can psychologically vision happening  (especially parents), with real moving parts that will have you rewinding because you began to envision yourself in that same situation.   
• Synopsis: A distraught mother suspects her teenage son is plotting a school shooting, but when he slips through the cracks of the system, she is forced to take matters into her own hands.

After installing an elaborate spy camera system in their home, Abbey captures a series of disturbing videos that confirm her worst fears.

Torn between a mother’s unconditional love and a mother’s acute intuition, Abbey caters her videos to all the other “mothers of monsters” online. Abbey’s plan backfires when Jacob uses a dark family secret against her, launching both mother and son on a terrifying, and ultimately deadly, game of cat and mouse.

My Take: This maybe the best Thriller film I’ve seen in years. The Beautiful Lin Shaye does an outstanding job and really reels you in to the point that you forget you’re watching a movie.

• Synopsos: Lonely widow Joyce rents out a room in her house and becomes dangerously obsessed with one of her guests.

• My Take: A well writing film with an enjoyable non-conventional unpredictable twist. 
• Synopsis: Anna suffers from agoraphobia so crippling that when a trio of criminals break into her house, she cannot bring herself to flee. But what the intruders don’t realize is that agoraphobia is not her only problem.

• My Take: Honestly, I watched this movie because it was a Thriller. The synopsis lead me to believe it was the same ol same ol, but after a few moments in I saw something brewing I couldn’t predict. 
• Synopsis:  Based on a true story a young couple buy their dream home in New Orleans, only to be tormented by an obsessive mother who believes the house should be hers.
