The new voice features allows you to control your cable and satellite receivers and your sound bar, you can even dim your lights with the Cube. With features like this you can sell your kids and retire your husband.
What does the Amazon Fire TV Cube Do?
You can access sites like youtube, reddit and browse the web using apps like silk and firefox.
The voice control allows you to pause, play, rewind, and forward the program you’re watching, you can also control your television, soundbar and pay tv reviever. And if you’re the type of person that’s always on the go, you can take the Cube with you and continue watching your favorite shows and movies. The 4k ultra technology gives you life-like picture views. All you have to do is tell Alexa what you want to watch and she’ll turn on your devices and begin playing that tv show or movie, no wife or kids needed.
The Cube streams at up to 60 fps and you also have the ability to watch live television, and support Dolby Atmos, which give you a 3-dimensional sound experience. This item will definitely be on my list of things to buy the give away. Amazon plan on adding mobile features, sleep timers and more later this year.
- PRICE-At $119 the Cube is a steal compared to other devices with similar features. I believe the price is low because the main objective is to gain more prime subscribers.
- FUNCTION- Along with the huge list of other features, the added benefit to watch live television earns the Cube a 10.
- YEARLY SAVINGS- though not required an Amazon Prime membership is required to unlock all of its features, for those who already have Prime it’s not costing you any more $ but to new comers it is.
