Cord cutters will now be able to stream free content from IMDB’s website as well as their Ruko and Fire TV app. I checked it out and they have some pretty good content. I was just thinking about renting Foxcatcher a week ago but because I’m a cheapo cord cutter I decided to wait and wouldn’t you know it, it’s now free to watch.

The obvious cut back for some would be that you have to watch ads. Which in my opinion is not all that bad considering what you’re getting. “Free Content.”

With all of the options current and potential cord cutters have available it seems somewhat dubious to add another streaming service to your repertoire. And many of you may be asking the same question I asked myself when I first cut the cord. “Why are there so many options?” 

Well, during my research I found that each streaming service provider has something different than the next. For example, Pluto TV may have a few televisions shows or movies that Tubi Tv doesn’t have and vice versa. I always say along with an over-the -air antenna make sure you have at least a half dozen free streaming services added to your Roku or Fire Stick.
