Week 3 is in the books! One more to go and I’m super excited for the results. Week 3 is perfectly titled ” De-Load and Reload.” All of the workouts were body weight only, and were less intense than the first 2. But I still got my sweat on. I needed that. What’s most impressive to me is that, in my week 2 review I mentioned adding some cardio before my workouts, and week 2 brought it. It’s like they knew what I needed.

- improved endurance compared to weeks 1 and 2
Week 3 proved to be a game changer. Even though I put on about 5 lbs, I still feel better than I did at the end of weeks 1 and 2.
During week 2 I began to question whether this program was right for me, or if Nike was even interested in making programs for average people. I felt I wasn’t getting the workout I needed, and I felt like some of the workout weren’t for people who are starting fresh. But week 3 helped me understand that there’s a method to their madness, so to speak. Lol. If you just try your best it’ll make sense and your body will thank you later.
The trainers are top notch. Betina, Patrick, Kristy, Brian and Alex really know there stuff. What I like most about the program is that the same trainers are there with you every week, in the same order. Initially I thought Nike just plucked out some Pro athlete trainers for this, but after some research I learned that they are real trainers from real gyms that work with average everyday folk like us. I Can’t wait for week 4.
