Att may have plans to cancel their satellite service provider Directv which is currently the number one satellite service provider in America.

This could just be a ploy to see how the market reacts. News sources say that they want to focus more on streaming services. Which in my opinion is already saturated. I’d be surprised if they can skip to the front of the line in the streaming industry since there are dozens of providers that were there before them. But on second thought maybe they’ll just do what At&t does like to buy up already established companies.

On the up side, this would make Dish Network the top dog in the satellite industry and with the already established Sling streaming service, will this move put At&t behind Dish? Maybe not, like I said they’ll just buy up smaller companies. And what moves will Dish make?
