Recently I did a live preview of fubotv exploring its channels, interface and features. If you’re unfamiliar with the service, Fubo’s main focus is on Live sports. But just recently they’ve added additional channels for cord cutters who want more than just that. They do offer locals which is a major selling point for most cord cutters.

Compared to other services like PlayStation Vue and YouTube TV there aren’t any big differences besides the amount of screens you can watch at one time. FuboTV packages start at $44 for the basic and up to $75 for the premium packages, which seems to be the best deal.

As with most streaming services you may need to add some add-ons to really have it all in one place. For example normally you only have the ability to watch on two screens at once but with the family share add-on you’ll get three. Then you have other add-ons like premium movies, international sports, cycling and so on.

The premium packages comes with a lot of the add-ons you would otherwise need in a basic package. The chart below shows Fubo’s current package lineup.

FuboTV is available on streaming devices and smart TVs. They do have on demand and offer programming for Canadian cord cutters.
