As cord cutting becomes more popular, tons of cable subscribers are flocking over with streaming devices and HD antennas in their hands with no idea of what to do or where to start. That’s mainly because the information is scattered across multiple platforms and different people view cord cutting differently.
You have your old school cord cutters who only use an OTA antenna. No internet or cable. Then you have the new era cord cutters looking to save a buck or two. They use streaming services that require an internet connection and a streaming device such as an Amazon Fire Stick.
Know What you Want
I know the struggles of trying to find the best package for yourself so I created a formula for any newcomer that is sure to help you find the right services the first time.
First write down a list of your favorite shows and also what type of movies you like to watch. This part is very important as it sets a standard and cements your needs. You are less likely to look around after the fact if you know exactly what you want. This goes for anything in life.
Search my list of current streaming service providers that provide the channels and services such as DVR you need. Feel free to contact me with your needs either through my YouTube page or contact form.
Don’t Overthink it
Don’t get caught up in the maze of information that may be useless to you. And I will be more than happy to point you in the right direction so that you don’t get caught up in the maze of information.
That’s it, your pretty much all set unless your budget wont allow for any paid services, which isn’t a bad thing because there are tons of free services out there that produce content very similar to what you get with a paid service.
As human beings the one thing I noticed is that we like what we’re use to. With that being said I’ve gotten use to watching free content from providers like Tubi TV and Pluto. Their content is premium and they have tons of it, everything from the new to the old.
Remember to follow me on YouTube to learn more about cord cutting and its services.
