Pluto tv is a free online and app tv and movie service. What I like about the platform is that it looks and operates like traditional tv.
Pluto tv first came on the scene in 2013 and has since upgraded their content. It runs on almost every platform out there like PlayStation, Fire tv, Apple tv, Roku, etc. They currently have over 100 channels including live sports and news which is a game changer.
Like most free streaming services they generate money by playing ads, but it took more than just that to get the platform to where it’s at today. Lets say tens of millions of dollars. Does crackle and tubi tv have a competitor? Keep an eye out for these guys in the future.
