Go to ‘settings’ menu then click on ‘accessibility’, in this menu you’ll see an option for captions mode. choose the setting you like.
How to Change Roku Closed Caption While Streaming
While streaming from any channel press the pause button and at the bottom of the screen you’ll see a sub-menu. From here you’ll scroll over to the settings you want to change. Changing your closed caption while streaming gives you a lot more options.
Some movies and streaming services offer closed caption in different languages and text. Also, some streaming services offer alternate audio options.
